Winners EKS23
The Euregio Koi Show in Oldenzaal had a sun-drenched competition scene. It was Filip Poppe who won his 11th title there, but it was also Andre de Groot who won a true SUpreme Champion there with a Sanke that has even more future potential. A 102cm Kohaku took the Jumbo Champion award and an Asagi became Grand Champion B in favor of an also phenomenal Yambuki from Patrick Makkes. I have listed the Major Awards for you below!
Every year there is also a koi show for children
The Euregio Koi show will be held at Het Hulsbeek which is a beautiful setting for an outdoor Koi event. Attendance numbers were a bit disappointing; such a well-organized contest and show simply deserved that more people be allowed to enjoy it. Also fantastic is that every year there is a mini show on Sunday where only children participate! The camaraderie was no less and everyone enjoyed a weekend of koi fun.
