Maruten Sandan Kohaku Dainichi good for GC
In France last weekend, across 24 stands and 72 tanks, the All France ZNA Koi Show was held. It is already the tenth edition of this show. An impressive list of judges made their rounds there to conclude that the breeder Dainichi has produced the best Koi to be worthy of the title. The bicolored swimmer is owned by hobbyist Rudy Badre. The remarkable thing about this fish apart from its beauty; is the fact that the Koi is male. That doesn’t happen very often.
Ruud and Ronald, who were present this year not as judges but as enthusiasts remember the sandal Kohaku from two years ago. Of course, the Maruten Kohaku definitely has the allure of a champion. firm Body and an attractive pattern, but technically also beating pattern with a nice looming and markets soon scores high in the points.
