Mountain Tree continues to innovate their Koi products

Mountain tree is a Chinese company of origin that has been around for about 15 years now. Sascha Sülze is its representative in Europe. It is the company that holds the patent on the well-known Bacteria house; a filter medium often used in trickle filters. They focus on filter technology such as biofiltration systems and biocarriers as filter mats, but also supplies products such as spawning brushes.

The product line stems from a vision of its founder. The philosophy comes from the need to mimic as much as possible a natural eco-friendly environment. For example, in Italy they also cooperate with IKOI which focuses on Aquaponics; At the Italian Koi Show they were the main sponsor. We spoke to Sascha Sülze about their innovative products, about their vision and their role in the Koi community.

The German business manager was very appreciative of the Koi Show in Italy - where Koi Italia walked away with the top prize - and so was basically everyone else. Mountain Tree delivers exclusively to Koi dealers

They cannot possibly mimic all the conditions experienced by end customers or the dealers who work with them. The wholesaler does not sell directly to consumers, but only to Koi dealers. Sascha Sülze says the company is very concerned that the koi dealer be well informed about the operation and philosophy of their product range.

Mountain Tree, as the main sponsor, did not give away feed as a gift prize for winners, but biocarriers. This has not been shown before and is an original idea. They are growing and are still looking for dealers to partner with.
